What you will do:
We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance marketing. In this role, you'll create high-performing digital ad creative that drives measurable business results across platforms like Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Working closely with media buyers, strategists, and analysts, you'll transform campaign insights into compelling static and video advertisements, continuously testing and optimizing creative concepts based on performance data. What You'll Own
Performance Ad Creative
- Design high-performing static and video advertisements for paid media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative concepts that capture attention, communicate key messaging, and drive engagement and conversions.
- Ensure all creative assets follow platform-specific best practices, formats, dimensions, and technical requirements.
Creative Testing & Optimization
- Produce multiple creative variations to support ongoing A/B and multivariate testing.
- Iterate on headlines, hooks, visuals, calls-to-action, and messaging based on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to analyze metrics such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, CVR, and engagement, using insights to improve future creative.
Motion Design & Video Editing
- Create engaging short-form video ads using motion graphics, animations, captions, transitions, and dynamic visual storytelling.
- Edit performance-focused video content optimized for sound-off viewing and social media consumption.
- Develop UGC-style creative and motion assets that align with current platform trends.
Brand & Conversion Design
- Balance direct-response performance marketing with each client's brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Design landing pages and conversion-focused assets that create a seamless post-click experience.
- Maintain consistency across creative assets while maximizing conversion performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with media buyers, strategists, account managers, and creative teammates throughout campaign development.
- Present creative concepts internally and incorporate stakeholder feedback into design iterations.
- Stay informed on emerging creative trends, platform updates, competitor advertising, and evolving paid media best practices.
Requirements
- 3โ7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Performance Creative Designer, Digital Designer, Motion Designer, or similar creative role.
- Previous experience working within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid social creatives, digital advertising campaigns, and short-form video content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Experience with Figma for designing landing pages and digital assets.
- Strong video editing and motion design skills.
- Understanding of paid media platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with performance marketing concepts, including A/B testing and creative optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

- Experience creating UGC-style advertising content.
- Experience working with DTC or eCommerce brands.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Library and creative research tools.
- Experience designing presentations and client-facing pitch decks.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
