Our team comprises over 350 creative individuals from 42 different countries and 2 offices in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Creative Designer to join our growing Ventures team and help us produce, test and scale advertising creatives across multiple digital products. You will work closely with Media Buyers, Product Owners and our Design Lead to turn clear creative briefs, product assets, raw footage and existing content into high-volume, test-ready ads.

What You Will Do:

• Create performance-focused advertising assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Display campaigns;

• Produce both short-form video ads and static social or display creatives;

• Execute creative briefs efficiently and turn them into clear, engaging and test-ready assets;

• Create multiple variations of visual hooks, headlines, layouts, opening scenes, CTAs and formats for structured testing;

• Edit and repurpose raw footage, UGC, product videos, screenshots and existing creative assets;

• Adapt creatives into multiple formats and aspect ratios;

• Quickly adapt winning creatives into new versions, markets, messages or product variations;

• Work closely with Media Buyers to understand what creative variations are needed for upcoming tests;

• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand the product, target audience, offer and key message;

• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate creative production, generate visual assets, create voiceovers and reduce repetitive manual work;

• Build and use reusable templates that allow the team to produce and update creative batches efficiently.

What We Expect:

• Proven experience creating advertising creatives for paid social or digital marketing campaigns;

• A portfolio that includes both short-form video ads and static advertising creatives;

• Experience delivering a high volume of creative assets with fast turnaround times;

• Strong ability to execute creative briefs accurately while adapting to feedback and changing priorities;

• Good understanding of visual hooks, hierarchy, readability, pacing, captions and clear calls to action;

• Confidence working with limited or imperfect source material and finding practical ways to turn it into usable advertising assets;

• Hands-on experience with design and editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut Pro;

• Experience using AI design or video tools such as Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Runway, ElevenLabs or similar platforms;

• Basic familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, scroll-stop rate, hook rate, conversion rate and CPA;

• Ability to manage several briefs, products and deadlines at the same time.
