
Microsoft’s Brand and Advertising organization is building the future of in-house creative excellence. We are looking for a Performance Copywriter on our in-house Creative team, an in-house capability at the intersection of brand strategy, advertising, production, and global storytelling.
This Performance Copywriter will be a founding member of a performance-first writing craft inside our in-house performance team, writing short, sharp copy across performance channels that drives action and builds preference. You will pair creative instinct with testing discipline, producing high-quality work at volume and iterating based on what the data teaches us.
This is an opportunity to help shape how performance writing works inside a modern in-house team and set a high bar for craft and clarity.

Writing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year.
