Within Egis, the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Service Line is dedicated to the operation, maintenance and performance optimisation of complex infrastructures, particularly in airport, rail, road and mobility environments. O&M teams ensure safe, reliable, compliant and high-performing operations, while continuously improving processes, service quality and operational efficiency throughout the lifecycle of each site.
Quality is a core pillar of the QHSE approach within O&M, supporting operational consistency, compliance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across all sites. As part of strengthening performance management and harmonising Quality practices across our operational sites, Egis O&M aims to develop a Performance Starter Kit (Quality-focused).
