Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE) develops innovative process technologies and complete plants for the international food, beverage, dairy, new food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. As Performance Controller (f/m/d), you will help turn financial data into meaningful insights and support management in making informed business decisions. Reporting directly to the Senior Director Financial Performance Management NPE Division located in Düsseldorf, you will work in an international and dynamic environment with a high degree of responsibility.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Your responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reporting, including actual vs. target analysis, and support the planning process
• Extract, validate and analyze large data volumes from different sources
• Turn complex data into clear visualizations and management presentations
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and special evaluations to support business decisions
• Develop and optimize controlling processes, reporting tools and data quality
• Identify opportunities to make financial performance management more efficient and transparent

Your Profile / Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Finance or Controlling
• Several years of relevant experience in controlling, financial performance management, management reporting or a comparable role are an advantage
• Confident user of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Analysis for Office and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Think-Cell is a plus
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with an affinity for numbers and digital tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
• Fluent in German and English and comfortable working in an international environment
• Independent, proactive and structured working style with a strong team-oriented mindset
