You operate in an international and matrix organization, interacting with multiple stakeholders including APME Automotive & Industry Directors, Finance Directors and Controllers from subsidiaries, as well as central PBC teams.
The position involves long-term financial vision (+3 years) and requires the ability to influence and convince stakeholders.
You will contribute to transformation initiatives, optimization of processes and creation of innovative solutions in a complex and high-performance financial environment.
Join the Performance & Business Control team of the Automotive LBU within APME and play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across a diverse international scope.
Controlling
* Monitor and analyze monthly reports, budgets, and PLT for a portfolio of subsidiaries in APME. Support the upward flow of information into system. Ensure quality and reliability of financial data from subsidiaries.
* Support subsidiaries and management with performance tracking tools.
* Contribute to financial consolidation for BU Lubs and LMM.
* Contribute to produce all required analysis (from APME Directors, LBU and branch Controlling etc…) for BU Lubs and LMM
* Contribute to budget process and LTP and lead implementation for APME subsidiaries (trainings, meetings etc)
* Standardize and optimize controlling methods.
* Ensure compliance with MS management framework and Lubrifiants-specific rules.
* Provide support and training to local teams (e.g., SG, Finance Directors, Controllers).
* Handle cross-functional topics (e.g., Margins, CAPEX, BFR, CMO….. ) on BU Lubs scope.
Finance
* Validate financing forms in coordination with financial control.
* Ensure consistency between accounting and management results.
Other Contributions
* Conduct studies and analyses to support executive and operational decision-making.
* Assist with financial aspects of strategic projects (e.g., M&A, investments).
* Propose and support implementation of Finance IT system improvements.
📚 Education: Higher education in Management (Business School or postgraduate degree in Management)
⏳ Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Controlling and/or Finance roles
🖥️ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of management framework and reporting concepts ; Solid accounting and taxation knowledge ; Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Essbase ; Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
