Performance Automotive Technician – A or B Level - 2113

Location: Minot, ND
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $70,000–$120,000 earning potential (based on experience & productivity)

A family-owned automotive repair shop in Minot, ND is seeking a high-performing A or B Level Automotive Technician This shop values work-life balance, professionalism, and quality work, and offers a stable environment with consistent hours and workload.

We’re looking for an experienced technician who can diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship. The ideal candidate is motivated, team-oriented, and capable of producing quality work independently.

Requirements – A or B Level Performance Technician

• Minimum 6+ years of automotive repair experience

• 3+ years of diagnostics experience

• Diesel (Light & medium duty) experience

• Proven track record of high-quality, efficient repairs

• Dyno and tuning experience

• Strong professionalism and organization

• Excellent communication skills

• Solid computer skills for diagnostics and documentation

• Team-oriented with a positive, driven attitude
