The purpose of this role:

This role plays a key part in ensuring the effective design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our APAC performance and reward system and frameworks. As a Performance and Reward Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and optimising compensation structures and performance management systems across Workday and Avature, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of data integrity.
  • Supporting key cyclical People processes such as annual remuneration review, managing salary structures and pay ranges uplift, implementation of legislative pay changes and undertaking compensation analysis to inform fair, equitable, and competitive pay practices aligned to our broader reward strategy.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in reward systems and processes with a strong focus on analytics and continuous improvements that enhance system functionality and user experience.

What you’ll need to make it possible

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Proven experience working with HRIS, with knowledge of Workday preferred, particularly Advanced Compensation, Core Compensation and Job Family Framework
  • Strong understanding of reward principles, pay equity, and regulatory requirements.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and service provision skills
  • Proven systems, process and reporting capability in a matrix organisational setting
  • Excellent data collection skills, and proven ability to convert information and data into knowledge, and to communicate that knowledge in a meaningful and useful ways
  • Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands in a client focussed and outcomes centred manner
