Key Accountabilities and challenges

  • Lead and deliver Project & Organizational Organisational Change activities for Finance Global Template deployments, including Cash & Banking and other transformation initiatives.

  • Develop and implement business readiness, communication, and collaborator engagement strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, technologies, and ways of working.

  • Define and implement change management plans covering collaborator analysis, change impact assessment, readiness assessment, executive alignment, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness, and Early Life Support (ELS).

  • Lead role mapping, training needs analysis, training strategy development, delivery planning, and coordination to ensure organizational readiness.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business collaborators, technology teams, application owners, and delivery squads to drive alignment, collaboration, and successful outcomes.

  • Capture, analyze, and prioritize business demand, translating requirements into features, user stories, work packages, and delivery plans.

  • Facilitate backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities aligned to Product Increment (PI) objectives and business priorities.

  • Support Program Increment (PI) Planning by defining achievements, identifying dependencies, aligning priorities, and managing delivery commitments across multiple teams and squads.

  • Proactively identify, manage, and communicate delivery risks, impediments, interdependencies, and resource constraints, ensuring effective mitigation plans are implemented.

  • Establish and agree delivery timelines with collaborators, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, and outcomes.

  • Partner with business and delivery teams to ensure change management, business readiness, and adoption activities are integrated into solution delivery.

  • Collaborate across Enabling Solutions, Technology, Finance, and other supporting teams to promote a One Team culture and ensure timely delivery of global template solutions.

  • Provide domain expertise and guidance to business users, application owners, and project teams to support informed decision-making and successful project delivery.

  • Promote and embed Agile principles, continuous improvement practices, and collaborative ways of working across teams and partners.

  • Drive organizational adoption by focusing on the people side of change, including impacts to business processes, job roles, organizational structures, systems, and technology.

  • Influence partners at all organizational levels, fostering alignment around a common vision, business objectives, and transformation outcomes.


Education & Experience

Suitably qualified professional with degree or similar education background in Accounting, Finance or Business
Exposure to agile ways-of-working and Scrum methodology.
Understanding of Project & Organizational Change framework.
Known to work as a Business Change Manager on SAP implementation leader.
Extensive experience in end-to-end SAP project implementations.
Strong presentation skills and ability to simply articulate sophisticated processes and influence a wide range of collaborators.
Experience developing training materials for end-users.
Ability to work within a virtual distributed team environment.
Ability to prioritize and flexible to adjust to new priorities optimally.
Able to make decisions and progress initiatives independently in an environment where information may be limited, and circumstances change frequently.
Ability to prioritize and handle conflicting tasks while delivering high-quality results to tight deadlines.

Desirable Criteria

8+ years of meaningful work experience with systems and process design or as an accounting end user.
Experience within the Finance team in the Downstream or Upstream business.
Robust experience in Organizational Change and Project Management.
Experience with financial control processes within a business context.
Experience in SAP system implementations, including planning and deployment work you're doing.
Strong verbal and written communications.
