The Opportunity
Veolia has a fantastic opportunity for a Performance Analyst to join our team based in Newcastle 2300. As the Performance Analyst, you will analyse alliance processes, requirements, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and solutions to business needs.
As a liaison between Alliance stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure requirements are properly captured, analysed, and documented. You will also provide support to all facets of the Alliance administration and management.

What you’ll be responsible for
Analyse alliance processes, requirements, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams to capture, analyse, and document requirements.
Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations aligned with business goals.
Assist in testing to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users on new processes/systems.
Monitor compliance with company, client, and legislative requirements.
Support the development and implementation of the Business Management System.
Prepare reports and maintain records of inspections, findings, and audits.
Implement strategies in injury prevention and wellbeing programs.
Support performance reporting and manage risks and opportunities.
What You’ll Need to be Successful
Tertiary qualification or proven track record in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving & decision-making capability.
Experience working with Tableau
