Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Advertising Manager with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce to oversee and optimize the paid and organic traffic of a global leader in the beauty field across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and TikTok. This role involves collaborating with external agencies to drive brand growth and ensure the effectiveness of the company's digital marketing strategies.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive customer acquisition and sales.
- Agency Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximizing ROI.
- Organic Traffic Oversight: Oversee and enhance organic traffic strategies, working closely with content creators and social media managers to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across platforms to achieve business goals.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to inform and adapt marketing efforts.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.
Skills & Abilities:
- 3 -5 years of experience in performance marketing within the e-commerce sector, specifically managing campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Fluent English – Must! Other languages – Advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Master in Excel – Must!
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns in the beauty or related industry.
- Experience working with external agencies and managing collaborative projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
