The Perfect Store (PS) Manager is responsible for leading the Perfect Store agenda across the BCCA region within the Organized Trade channel. PS BCCA OT will lead the assessment on the BU, support strategic planning and lead AOP planning; drive segmentation / prioritization and RVO development, in partnership with Category Development & Shopper Activation managers integrate Category Strategy and Shopper Value Offer, lead Picture of Success and Execution Tracking. This role will fully own Activation Calendar for the channel to deliver yearly Perfect Store commitments as per AOP volumes and building blocks


Responsibilities

PERFECT STORE CAPABILITY:

  • Define and lead Perfect Store methodology, segmentation principles, and store prioritization processes across the OT channel.
  • Drive deployment of segmentation and prioritization models into business systems and commercial processes.
  • Partner with GTM, Category Development, and Commercial teams to identify and prioritize Most Valuable Stores and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and continuously enhance multi-category Retailer Value Offers (RVO), integrating: Perfect Store principles, GTM strategies, High Value Activities
  • Lead development and alignment of cross-category Shopper Value Offers (SVO) ensuring consistency across merchandising, assortment, and activation principles.
  • Translate Shopper Value Offers into a clear Picture of Success (PoS) for Organized Trade store clusters.
  • Define channel standards and execution KPIs that support strategic business objectives.
  • Lead the SDO task calendar for the Sales organization linked to Perfect Store objectives and KPIs.
  • Align and agree monthly priorities with Regional Sales Managers across BCCA.
  • Ensure regular monitoring of Perfect Store standards and develop reporting tools to evaluate internal and external execution performance.
  • Lead annual assessment and capability enhancement of Perfect Store programs and tools.
  • Support SFA roadmap development and ensure effective tools exist for Perfect Store tracking and measurement.
  • Analyze category performance, shopper behavior, distribution, merchandising, and visibility trends.
  • Coordinate external suppliers and agencies involved in equipment installation, POSM deployment, and activation execution activities.
  • Coordinate regular reviews of Perfect Store performance with Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management, and other stakeholders.

PERFECT STORE ACTIVATION:

  • Lead development of Perfect Store Annual Operating Plan (AOP) execution strategy for Organized Trade across all categories.
  • Take participation in OT Channel Building Blocks planning and monthly performance tracking against key KPIs, including:
    • Equipment penetration
    • MHL/HERO SKU assortment penetration
    • Perfect Store compliance
  • Define cross-category activity allocation to maximize commercial impact.
  • Lead activation planning, execution, budget management, and effectiveness evaluation.
  • Communicate activation priorities through information packs, sales meetings, and commercial reviews.
  • Lead post-evaluation of key activations and Perfect Store initiatives.
  • Support WCCE and Joint Business Planning agendas for priority customers.
  • Participate in commercial planning meetings to drive Perfect Store deployment and execution excellence.
  • Lead consolidation of Perfect Store reporting across BCCA Organized Trade.
  • Coordinate annual Size of Prize calculations and track monthly progress versus targets.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior commercial leadership.


Qualifications

  • Higher education in business, economics or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Development, Commercial Planning, Route-to-Market, or Demand Accelerator functions.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional commercial initiatives.
  • Experience in annual commercial planning (AOP), activation management, and execution excellence programs.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong data management and reporting skills with ability to derive actionable business insights.
  • Experience working with Perfect Store, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, GTM, or Execution Excellence frameworks.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making capability.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in Georgian, English and Russian languages
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution discipline.
  • Capability to operate effectively in a multi-country environment and manage competing priorities.
