• Local: Lives within a 30-minute drive of our office in Malvern, PA.
• Flexible: Available to work 1-3 days per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• Reliable: Has a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Active: Prefers staying busy and moving around—this isn’t a desk job!
• Customer-Friendly: Comfortable interacting with homeowners with a professional and friendly attitude.
