Job Description

1. Digital Presence Optimization (CARS)

  • Monitor and continuously improve CARS metrics for priority retailers using Nielsen IQ, collaborating with Marketing, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Partner with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to guarantee brand execution and product availability on platforms without automated tracking.
  • Coordinate Search (SEO/SEM) strategies with external agencies to improve search scores and campaign performance.

2. Catalog Management & PIM Operations

  • Collaborate with Clients, Sales, Order Management, and Master Data teams to manage product catalogs across internal and external platforms, ensuring technical and commercial data accuracy while reducing process errors.
  • Maintain and operate Salsify and Salsify Supplier platforms for content syndication.
  • Execute the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process across various client portals (Mercado Libre Proveedores, Retail Link, Vendor Central, etc.).

3. Enriched Content & User Experience

  • Manage the deployment and renewal of A+ Content, Brand Stores, and enriched media across all channels, working alongside Marketing teams and clients.
  • Ensure all digital assets (images, videos, descriptions) strictly adhere to brand guidelines and specific retailer requirements.

4. Sales Strategy & Analytics

  • Partner closely with the Demand Planning team to align sales forecasts with actual sell-out data.
  • Participate in performance reviews to identify inventory gaps and propose actionable solutions.

5. Automation & Special Projects

  • Support EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) implementation and Purchase Order (PO) automation to minimize manual errors and optimize the digital supply chain.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure Media PO processes are handled correctly, ensuring accurate budget phasing and timely campaign execution.
