
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repair of all type of HVAC and Refrigeration Systems within the facility. Systems maintained include, but are not limited to, Air Handlers, Exhaust Fan, Package, Roof Top, Split Type Heating and Cooling System , Glycol , Chilled Water Systems, Hot Water, Steam Heating Systems etc. Maintains Pneumatic Controls , Building Automation System. Operate and monitors Pneumatic Tube System, Elevators and Fire Alarm System
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and one but less than two years of basic technical or occupationally specific training in H.V.A.C. Refrigeration and five to seven years of previous work related experience. EPA Type 4 Certification required. Valid driver’s license with no pending violations and an acceptable driving record as stipulated by SJH policy and, if applicable, the SJH insurance carrier, for those required to drive a hospital vehicle.
