
Under the supervision of the Dir Rehab Svcs, receives schedules and registers customers. Completes paperwork and directs or instructs patients as needed. Answers telephones, directs calls, and takes messages. Communicates pertinent information to therapists and office staff. Retrieves, processes, and directs patient reports as needed.
Salary Range: 18.30-21.04 per hour
CLERICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
PER DIEM - HIRED TO WORK AS NEEDED, FLEXIBLE HOURS.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Minimum:
• High school education or equivalent.
Preferred:
• Medical terminology course.
• Satisfactory completing of clerical training program

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:
• Demonstrated ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to organize work and meet work load.
• Previous experience in clerical or receptionist position.
• Computer literacy required
