Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (YBGR) Registered Nurses (RNs) play a critical role in supporting the medical and psychiatric well-being of youth in our care. RNs provide direct nursing assessments, dispense medications safely, and assist with the evaluation, treatment, and referral of individual health and psychological concerns. They ensure the implementation of medical treatment plans and maintain clear and accurate medical records. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, aligned with YBGR’s core values, and demonstrates clinical expertise, reliability, and a commitment to promoting the health and safety of each child.
Starting
Salary Range: Salary reflects steps 1-5 of an 11-step pay schedule. The starting salary will be determined based on the applicant’s education and relevant experience.
