The Per Diem Corporate Accounts Support is responsible to support the corporate accounts department in many cross-functional roles. Duties include, but are not limited to: providing coverage for the Concierge Specialist, Outreach and Enrollment Specialist, Corporate Accounts Specialists, Special Accounts Coordinators, Quality Assurance Analysts and Corporate Accounts Billing Coordinator and Executive Assistant. The position requires the ability to be fully functional in all of the prior listed roles.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited program
  • 15 hours of college credit from an accredited college or university
  • 1+ years in an administrative assistant role and front-facing customer service experience either business-to-customer or business-to-business
  • Intermediate level skills in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Accurate typing at a minimum speed of 30wpm
  • Proven critical thinking skills
  • Proven to be detail oriented and organized
  • Proven excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to interface with all levels of customers internal and external, medical staff and management personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Medical Terminology
  • Working knowledge of all business software
  • Proven ability to handle a variety of tasks with speed, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven good analytical and mathematical ability
