Hospice Residence Aide (Thursdays and Fridays from 7 am to 7 pm)
Named by The Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts for the last three years, our community-based, mission-driven hospice and palliative care organization seeks experienced, talented, and compassionate per diem hospice aides to join our Residence, located in Wayland (MA). This is an exciting opportunity for hospice aides interested in providing end-of-life care at our 10-bed hospice facility. We are looking to fill a 12-hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
Job Responsibilities:
The Hospice Resident Aide provides hospice client care in the hospice residence within their scope of practice, consistent with the plan of care and in compliance with Good Shepherd Care Guidelines.
Schedule and Weekly Hours:
Day shifts from 7 am to 7 pm on Thursdays and Fridays.

$18.98- $20.13: This number reflects an average starting hourly range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the starting range.
