Compensation: $21.71 - $23.83 / hour

Schedule Per Diem (flex) | pick up shifts as you are able, minimum three per month
Pay Range: Pay range: $21.71 - $23.83/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026)
Shift Premiums: Night (11:00pm - 6:59am) $0.75 | Weekend (Fri 11:00pm - Sun 10:59 pm) $0.50

Long Term Care: 39 bed | Team Member to Elder Ratio: 1:9

What You’ll Do:
As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our skilled nursing community, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Hands-On Care – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support Mealtime– Help residen enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
• Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
• Maintain Comfort & Care – Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials.
• Provide Responsive Support – Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion.
• Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.
• Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Must have a current and valid Michigan Certification for Nursing Assistants (CNA).
• Must be at least 18 year of age or older.
• Experience providing direct care to the elderly, preferred.
• Ability to read, write, understand and carry out directions.
• Ability to perform job related duties which may require lifting, standing, bending, transferring, stooping, stretching, walking, pushing and pulling.
