Primary Location:
Ogden, Utah
Presales Representative: Sells beverage products to retail and wholesale food stores and grocers regularly and solicits new business from prospective customers. Provides excellent customer service to store owners and customers. Effectively resolves complaints or grievances. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of accuracy, ability to work without direct supervision, and leadership skills. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds. This position requires a valid driver’s license. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises Delivery Driver and Merchandising departments. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accord-ance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; ad-dressing complaints and resolving problems.
Supervises 2 to 6 subordinate employees.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or gov-ernmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited stand-ardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
