What You'll Do

• Lead shifts and keep the team organized.
• Work alongside Crew Members to prepare food and serve guests.
• Coach teammates and support new employees.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Handle guest concerns and help open and close the restaurant.
• Communicate with restaurant management to keep things running smoothly.

• Enjoys coaching and helping others grow.
• Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Must be at least 18 years old. Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but leadership potential matters too.
