What You'll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, keeping the team organized and ensuring great food, service, and guest experiences
• Coach, train, and support Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Jump in to prepare food, serve guests, and help during busy shifts.
• Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Help with scheduling, staffing, and labor management.
• Handle guest concerns and make decisions that keep the restaurant moving.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and developing a strong team.

Must be at least 18 years old. Previous restaurant leadership experience is preferred. This position requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, and the ability to meet applicable background check and driving-record requirements.
