This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant in India.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PeopleSoft professional to contribute to enterprise-level application support and enhancement projects within a global delivery environment. You will work on both technical development and functional support activities across PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM modules. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain, optimize, and enhance critical business applications and integrations. You will gain exposure to complex enterprise systems while working on technologies such as PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, SQR, and SQL. The role combines technical problem-solving with business process understanding, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy bridging technology and functional operations. This is a collaborative and dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Support, maintain, and enhance PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM applications within a global shared services delivery model.
  • Develop and customize PeopleSoft solutions using technologies such as PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, SQR, SQL, and Queries.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to analyze business requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system stability, reliability, and performance.
  • Support integrations, reports, workflows, and batch processes across PeopleSoft environments.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing system enhancement activities.
  • Assist in optimizing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for system improvements.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure timely resolution of support tickets and project deliverables.

    • Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant.
    • Strong hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, SQR, SQL, and PeopleSoft Queries.
    • Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM modules; exposure to both is an advantage.
    • Good understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, workflows, integrations, and reporting frameworks.
    • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities within enterprise application environments.
    • Experience supporting application maintenance, enhancements, and production support activities.
    • Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional and distributed team environments.
    • Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced delivery setting.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
