The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join Linklaters on a 6-month temporary assignment, supporting a significant global People (HR) Transformation programme. Working within our Technology & Data team, you will play a key role in helping to standardise HR processes across multiple countries and support the transition to a centralised service model.
This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation initiative, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to analyse current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
