People Transformation Analyst - Weir, Peru / India (Hybrid)

Purpose of Role:Supports analysis of the people dimension of transformation — workforce impact, organisation design, capability needs — and HR’s readiness to enable the transformation. Acts as a link between the programme and HR domain helping translate future-state org and people decisions into clear requirements HR operating model and service delivery, including process, data infrastructure, technology and policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and document the people and organisation design impacts of the S/4HANA transformation, including role changes, future-state operating model decisions, ways of working, workforce capability requirements and skills gaps.
  • Support workforce transition planning and role mapping activity, using OrgVue and workforce/org data to capture outputs, respond to programme data requests, and inform People & OD and Workday configuration decisions.
  • Assess HR readiness for the transformation, including org and workforce data quality, change and stakeholder impacts, and the implications for HR partnering, capability and service delivery post-transformation.
  • Support data mapping and validation between target organisation design and Workday structures, translating future-state decisions into clear DICE requirements while escalating risks or conflicts with the current setup.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR, organisation design, workforce planning, data/process analysis, or a related transformation environment; approximately 1–3 years’ relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interpret workforce data, identify programme opportunities and risks, support scenario modelling, and document requirements clearly.
  • Awareness of Workday or similar HCM structures and familiarity with OrgVue or organisation design/visualisation tools would be advantageous; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while liaising effectively across teams.
