We’re looking for a People Trainee to join us in Lisbon, Portugal

Your Role

Reporting to the Global Hub People Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a growing team and support on the design and creation of our people processes and strategy from scratch. As People Trainee, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for guarantee the people operational delivery for the Lisbon Hub.

The role of People Trainee will involve:

• Prepare new joiners admission process and guarantee the welcome day to the new joiners
• Assure that the minimum standards for the onboarding process are in place
• Process employees’ and managers’ queries and solve issues in a timely and pragmatic manner
• Support during the performance and development process
• Complete understanding to regularly update people information on the system and ensure that data base is accurate monthly basis
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
• Support in developing and implementing people policies throughout the organization

Your Experience

• BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, written and spoken
• Emphatic attitude, dynamic and effective communication skills in a global environment
• Positive attitude towards challenges and excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, adept in organizing and compliance driven
• Proactive attitude, solutions driven and ability to work autonomously
• A team player with a growth mindset
