Get to Know our Team:

The Global Service Delivery (GSD) team is responsible for Agoda’s office infrastructure and staff connectivity, providing the hardware, software, and system access that enable employees to work efficiently across our global offices. Operating across multiple countries, the team delivers reliable support to Agoda employees whether they are in the office, working remotely, or traveling.

Within GSD, the People Technology (HR Tech) team manages the systems that power Agoda’s people operations. Our platforms, including Workday, support key HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, performance reviews, and organizational data, helping the company scale efficiently while improving employee experience.

The Opportunity:

Joining our People Technology (HRIS) team is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the systems behind Agoda’s global people operations.

As a People Technology Analyst under People Tech Operational Excellence team, you will assist with day-to-day HRIS operations, system testing, reporting, and documentation while working closely with experienced HRIS specialists in agile environment. You will gain exposure to how HR technology platforms such as Workday support large-scale organizations, enable efficient people operations, build a strong foundation in HRIS operations and be well-positioned to contribute to HR technology initiatives and system improvements alongside our team specialists.

What Support You’ll Receive:

  • Mentorship from experienced People Technology specialists who will guide your learning and development
  • Training sessions on HRIS platforms, system operations, and project fundamentals
  • Hands-on exposure to HR technology platforms such as Workday
  • Practical experience in system implementing, testing, reporting, documentation, and data validation
  • Insight into how technology teams collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to support people operations

In this Role, you'll get to:

  • Support day-to-day HRIS operations and assist with system requests
  • Implementation (build, test, deployment) of technical solutions across people platforms according to business requirements and agreed timelines
  • Hands-on exposure to HR Technology, assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements
  • Learn from experienced professionals in a global environment and gain exposure to industry-leading HRIS platforms such as Workday
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Agoda’s people operations
  • Build a strong professional network, working with people from various backgrounds and nationalities in a global setting

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Strong interest in HR Technology, HRIS, or system operations or has HRIS experience
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand systems and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Service-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with others
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proactive mindset and ability to learn independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • You’re creative, always looking for new ways to improve, and not afraid to think outside the box

It's Great If You Have:

  • Experience working with HRIS platformsor understanding of HR systems or HR processes (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
  • Interest in data analysis, automation, reporting, or process improvement
  • Experience working in people product management, people technologies
  • Experience working in a diverse international company
