People Team Spec II (Talent Acquisition) in GAC Mexicali


Unique Skills:

This position will be responsible for executing and driving full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, identify, assess, and hire top talent aligned with organizational goals. Partners closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, maintain strong candidate pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements while supporting the company's talent acquisition strategy.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human resources or related
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple job levels and functions (preferred)
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies (preferred)
  • Experience conducting interviews (preferred)
  • Advanced English proficiency preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 2 years of experience on HR related activities. Position PurposeContribute effectively and productively to the overall company 's goals, through the administration of strategies and plans to attract, maintain and retain employees and promote a good work environment.Main functions personnel recruiting and selection, organization development, Labor relations, employee motivation, communication, training and salary and compensation.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
  1. Support activities of personnel recruiting and selection .
  2. Support activities of organizational development .
  3. Support activities of personnel services .
  4. Employees data update in HR system.
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication skills.
  2. Intermediate/Advanced English language (Desirable).
  3. Communication Skills.
  4. Negotiation Skills.
  5. Team work.
