We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented People & Office Intern to join our team. One half of the role will focus on working within well-defined processes, using checklists and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. The other half of the role will focus on ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the London office.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the People Team, including general HR administration, recruitment coordination and maintaining compliance with our policies and procedures. You will act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, offering initial guidance and directing queries appropriately.
A core element of the role will involve using AI-enhanced tools to streamline People processes, improve documentation, and support data accuracy — as well as contributing ideas for how generative AI can be used to improve workflow efficiency and employee experience.
The position also has responsibility for the London Office Experience, helping to ensure a welcoming, well-run working environment for all colleagues and visitors.
