Job Title: People & Talent Manager
Location: London, UK
Reports to: CEO
Hours: Part Time - 30 hours per week (working Monday through Thursday, 3 days in the office and 1 day WFH)
SINE Digital is a global leader in media, technology, and insights for the live entertainment industry. With offices in London and New York, we partner with world-class cultural institutions and global brands to drive digital and AI transformation, delivering data-led marketing strategies that maximise ticket sales, elevate brand awareness, and deepen audience engagement.
Our clients include many of the most iconic productions in the West End and on Broadway, alongside some of the world’s foremost cultural organisations such as The Royal Ballet & Opera (formerly the Royal Opera House), Nederlander Theatres, LW Theatres, LW Tickets, and The Royal Court.
We are looking for a proactive People & Talent Manager to lead HR and talent acquisition across the employee lifecycle for our London office, while also providing some support to our New York office too. This is a standalone generalist role, responsible for day to day HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, HR systems management, and people and culture initiatives.
The role requires someone confident operating independently while partnering with managers and senior leaders to advise on people matters. More complex employee relations issues or director level HR projects will be supported by an external HR consultant.
This position offers the opportunity to shape and strengthen people processes while supporting a collaborative, fun and high performing culture.
