The People & Talent Immigration Coordinator supports organizational compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements, with a specialized focus on employment-based immigration, legal document processing, and HR process improvement. This role serves as a key partner in managing immigration-related activities, supporting legal document requests, and driving operational efficiency across HR Shared Services. The position combines compliance expertise, analytical capabilities, and process optimization to support risk mitigation and service delivery.
