About the role

We’re looking for a People Systems Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract to support and optimise our People Systems, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Employee Lifecycle modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, and Learning.

Supporting a large, complex workforce, you’ll partner closely with the business to improve people processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, working with Technology to deliver enhancements that improve user experience, increase automation, and drive better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and optimise SuccessFactors EC lifecycle modules to meet evolving business needs
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate people process requirements into system solutions
  • Work closely with Technology to define, prioritise, and deliver system enhancements
  • Maintain data integrity and support strong governance through effective system controls
  • Support key people cycles (performance, remuneration, talent) through system readiness
  • Deliver reporting and insights to support decision-making and improve workforce outcomes

About you

You’re a systems-focused HR professional who understands how technology can enable better people processes and experiences. You enjoy partnering with the business, solving problems, and continuously improving how systems support the employee lifecycle.

  • Strong experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, ideally across multiple lifecycle modules
  • Experience supporting or optimising HRIS/People Systems in complex environments
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking mindset
  • High attention to detail, particularly in data and system processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
