About the team

The team is responsible for the administration and operational support of our People Connect SuccessFactors system across the business. This includes managing employee position administration, coordinating contractor onboarding, and providing system support to resolve errors and respond to user enquiries. The team also plays a key role in testing digital enhancements, participating in structured testing cycles to support continuous system improvement and ensure business readiness.

Purpose That Counts – Some of the responsibilities of the role

This role is primarily systems focused, with a strong emphasis on administering, supporting and improving HR systems and processes to enable effective service delivery.

  • Provide timely, accurate and professional HR system support to leaders and employees, escalating complex matters as required.
  • Deliver a strong customer service focus by responding promptly to enquiries and ensuring effective resolution of issues.
  • Review and process employee positions and lifecycle actions in line with governance requirements, KPIs and agreed service standards.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive enquiry and case records, ensuring data integrity, best practice outcomes and compliance with mandatory deadlines.
  • Contribute to the identification, testing and implementation of improvements that enhance HR service delivery and system capability.
  • Collaborate with the broader People, Wellbeing and Sustainability team to deliver consistent, high quality HR services and support team service outcomes.

People Who Count - What you can bring to the role

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice and support.
  • Sound working knowledge of HR matters, policies, enterprise agreements and specifications, with an emphasis on how these are supported through systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, adapt to and upskill across new systems, with experience or exposure to SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and SAP highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and coaching skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with experience and interest in supporting and implementing solutions to enhance delivery of HR Services.
