We're looking for a People Systems Manager who is passionate about HR technology, thrives on solving complex challenges and wants to make a real impact across a national business. This is an opportunity to take ownership of our people systems ecosystem, lead a high-performing team and influence how technology supports thousands of our employees across Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Optimise Dayforce (CityHub) and other key people systems across City
• Lead system upgrades, releases, testing and enhancements
• Drive compliance, data integrity and governance
• Manage integrations across Dayforce and related platforms
• Deliver reporting, dashboards and actionable workforce insights
• Lead a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in HRIS, HCM, WFM or People Systems
• Expertise in Dayforce (highly desirable)
• Experience managing system implementations, upgrades and integrations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Passion for technology, innovation and continuous improvement
