About College Track

College Track is a college completion program that walks with students for 10 years — from high school through college graduation and into a meaningful career. What started in 1997 with 25 students in East Palo Alto has grown into a national movement of more than 5,400 scholars and alumni. Today we operate 13 centers across California, Colorado, Louisiana, and the D.C. Metro Area, with a brand-new site launching in Baltimore in partnership with the Baltimore Ravens, M&T Bank, and Baltimore City Public Schools.

Our scholars attend more than 300 colleges nationwide and graduate at three times the national average for first-generation students. The Role

We're looking for a People Systems & Analytics Manager to be the connective tissue behind our People & Culture team's data and technology. You'll partner closely with every P&C function to turn HR data into a clear, evidence-based story about organizational health — while managing and modernizing the HR tech stack (ADP, HiBob, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, PerformYard, Sparrow, Disclo, and more) that makes that story possible.

This is a role for someone who loves systems and stories — who can architect a clean HRIS workflow in the morning and present a compelling people-trends narrative to the Senior Leadership Team in the afternoon.

You'll report to the VP of People & Culture.

What You'll Do

Project Management

• Lead technical program/project management of our people data, systems, and tools — HRIS, dashboards, and state/federal compliance reporting
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and keep stakeholders at every level informed
• Ensure our people data is stored and accessed in full compliance with local and federal law
• Serve as our in-house expert on the responsible use of AI with people data

Data Analysis

• Partner with each P&C function to maintain and analyze accurate data
• Build dashboards that connect the dots across People & Culture data and drive organizational change
• Deliver insights and automated reporting to Philanthropy, Program Evaluation & Research, the Senior Leadership Team, and the Board
• Own the People & Culture KPI dashboard — accurate, insightful, and tied to the bigger organizational narrative

HR Systems Administration

• Be the go-to expert on our P&C software stack, ensuring every tool is used to its full potential
• Support implementation of new HRIS modules (performance management, LMS, etc.)
• Lead new system rollouts that shift the team from transactional work to automated, high-value work
• Partner with Talent Management to get the most out of Greenhouse
• Manage vendor relationships to keep systems improving and support responsive

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience in systems and data management
• A track record of building simple, sustainable processes that actually stick after rollout
• Comfort learning and administering HR software — ATS, survey tools, HRIS, project management platforms
• The ability to turn data into a story that resonates with different audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse groups
• Technical fluency in Google Sheets/Excel and data visualization tools, including AI tools

Compensation & Benefits

Target Ranges by location:

Bay Area, Washington D.C.; PGC: $93,500.00 - $98,999.00

Denver, Aurora, Los Angeles, Sacramento: $84,000.00 - $88,999.00

New Orleans, Baltimore: $76,500.00 - $80,999.00
