The People Support Solutions (PSS) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.
The position is temporary, with an official start date of May 1, 2026, and an end date of May 1, 2027. The team supports the following countries: Italy, Israel, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Norway, Finland, Denmark, and Sweden.
The Opportunity:
As a People Support Team Lead, you will lead a high-performing HR operations team, ensuring efficient, customer-focused service delivery. Your role involves team leadership, workload management, coaching, and performance optimization, while continuously driving process improvements, compliance, and operational excellence.
As a qualified Leader, you are:
Building, leading and managing a strong and collaborative team
Building a culture of customer service within the team
Creating a safe and positive team environment and ensuring that the team demonstrates the right mindset and attitude
Being a role model, and facilitating people processes
Building an engaging culture to both attract and retain top talent, coaching team members regarding their individual development and career plan
Through frequent check-ins, ensuring that ongoing dialog occurs on the topics of Career, Capabilities, Connections and Contributions; and developing the team members’ knowledge, skills, competency, etc. in order to retain and develop talented staff
Ensuring maintenance, ongoing development and improvements to Tier 2 platforms, ways of working, process flow, driving employee’s self-service efficiency and enabling end user behavior change
Developing and managing strong partnerships with key internal organizations and stakeholders and partnering across the business to ensure an ongoing evolution of trust, co-creation and fulfillment of their needs
Driving continuous improvements to increase productivity, quality and service locally and globally.
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about leading with impact, driving innovation, and creating exceptional employee experiences
Fluency in English is essential.
Proven Leadership – 5+ years of experience within a multinational environment, including 2+ years managing a team.
Broad experience in a shared service center, with a proven track record of leading regional or global service delivery teams, preferably in an HR services environment (2-7 years)
HR & Tech Savvy – Strong knowledge of Workday HR processes and CRM/Request Management Software is a plus.
Process & Performance Mindset – Experience in streamlining operations, eliminating inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven decision-making.
