People Solutions Business Partner IPeople Solutions Business Partner (PSBP)
The People Solutions Business Partner (PSBP) serves as a strategic advisor to the business, responsible for executing and enabling business strategies through effective People Solutions (HR) processes, policies, and programs. This role partners closely with Operations and Leadership teams to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and a high-performance culture.
The PSBP supports the organization across key People Solutions domains, including HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development, Audits and Compliance, Employee Engagement initiatives, and internal customer service. Acting as a trusted partner, the PSBP manages day-to-day People Solutions activities while ensuring alignment between business objectives, people strategies, and company values.
Responsabilities
Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, influencing decision-making and driving value through effective people strategies.
- Develop leadership capability by providing guidance, feedback, and coaching that promotes impactful and values-driven leadership.
- Operational & Business Alignment
- Collaborate with Operations Development and Leadership teams to ensure People Solutions initiatives support operational goals and account-level strategies.
- Conduct regular training sessions to strengthen alignment between PS teams/PSBPs and account leadership, reinforcing policies, legal requirements, and procedures.
- Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design and implement employee engagement plans aligned with business needs and organizational culture.
- Analyze voluntary attrition data and employee exit trends to identify root causes, evaluate the employee experience, and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Governance, Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure consistent application of People Solutions policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Facilitate roundtable discussions with leadership and frontline teams to promote transparency, integrity, and open communication.
- Integrate integrity and compliance topics into all roundtables and ensure discussion points are documented, tracked, and closed by the appropriate functional owners.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Maintain regular communication with senior leadership through monthly meetings with Senior Operations Managers and Operations Managers to review priorities, pending actions, and people-related risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding People Solutions processes, fostering trust and responsiveness.
Requiremtents:
- 2 - 4 Years of Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or related fields
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Working knowledge of labor relations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure in a virtual environment
- Strong attention to detail
