In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in maintaining data integrity across HR systems and managing workforce schedules, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Provide generalist support to the facility in all areas of Human Resources
  • Provide payroll support and data entry responsibilities for timekeeping accuracy and reporting
  • Utilize and reference local HR tools, systems, and data sources to perform roster audit exercises
  • Update and audit shift codes & schedules in ADP to ensure roster accuracy
  • Manage & audit employees profiles in Workday to make sure they are properly reflecting their shifts, managers, and employment status
  • Maintain employee records for HelloFresh and Temporary employees to ensure accuracy
  • Manage associate callout system including verification of time off hours, use data exports to support operations shift planning, and use system functionality to send out
    critical site communications to applicable employees
  • Assist with new hire orientations as needed
  • Meet SLA requirements for resolving associate and manager inquiries presented through Workday Help
  • Participate and execute on special projects as assigned
  • Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience & Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR (or related field) combined with at least 3 years of comprehensive experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar operational capacity.
  • HRIS Expertise: You possess required working knowledge of Workday, along with proven skills in managing ERP and payroll systems.
  • Operational Proficiency: You have a solid grasp of payroll, timekeeping processes, and the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy across databases.
  • Digital Fluency: You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and can translate statistical data into actionable insights.
  • Global Mindset: You have experience working in a multi-cultural and shared services environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Integrity & Discretion: You handle conflict and confidential information with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism.
  • Drive & Structure: You are a self-starter who works well independently or in a team, maintaining a structured approach to meet deadlines and contribute to company growth.
