As a People Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related questions, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. You’ll handle a wide range of employee lifecycle topics, from onboarding to payroll queries, and work closely with other HR functions to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Your role is essential for maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency in the HR function.

What You'll do

Employee Support & Case Handling:

- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems (via email, phone, or internal platforms)

- Provide guidance on topics such as leave management, benefits, payroll, onboarding, and employment verification

- Document and track all inquiries in the HR ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation

HR Operations & Administration:

- Support administrative processes including contract generation, data entry, and employee records maintenance

- Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities in line with internal procedures and legal requirements

- Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate processing of employee data

Data & Systems:

- Maintain and update employee information in HRIS (SuccessFactors)

- Perform routine data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance

- Support reporting needs by extracting and organizing HR data

Process & Policy:

- Provide first-level interpretation of HR policies and procedures

- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to Tier 2 or HR Business Partners as appropriate

- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and knowledge base content

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service delivery enhancements

What You Bring

Skills & Tools

- Fluency in English, and B2+ profieciency in Danish, written and spoken

- Proficiency in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow would be an asset

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Professional Profile

- Strong organizational skills, customer focus, and attention to detail

- Ability to handle confidential information and resolve cases independently

Your Background

-Experience in HR operations or shared services

-Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes and knowledge of relevant labor regulations
