This is a fixed-term, 12-month maternity cover position with the possibility of extension up to 15 months, depending on business needs.
The role:
As a People Services & Knowledge Specialist, you will help drive our goals by:
Managing and continuously improving HR knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint, knowledge articles, AI tools) to enable effective employee and manager self-service
Coordinating and supporting HR content owners to ensure knowledge is accurate, up to date, and meets quality and accessibility standards
Administering and supporting global engagement surveys, including setup, delivery, reporting, and maintaining user guidance materials
Supporting Talent Management processes by collaborating on system requirements, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth execution
Providing timely support to employees, managers, and HR by resolving queries across knowledge management, talent, engagement areas. Providing support to team members in learning and performance management processes as needed.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role
Experience in HR operations, HR services, L&D, or knowledge management, with a strong understanding of HR processes and tools
Strong systems and digital mindset, quick to learn and effectively use platforms such as Workday, SharePoint, or similar tools
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and support stakeholders across different levels and geographies
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver with accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working effectively in evolving environments.
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, identifying improvements, driving efficiencies across processes and systems, and collaborating to deliver a positive experience for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders
