What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate recruiting activities including interview scheduling, virtual interviews, candidate travel, and background checks
• Support onboarding through new hire paperwork, offer audits, and coordination with Talent Acquisition and IT teams
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR questions, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
• Maintain employee records and personnel files in Workday with a high level of accuracy and compliance
• Create and update HR guides, FAQs, SOPs, and knowledge articles
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and other HR teams on employee experience and process improvement initiatives
• Handle confidential information and appropriately escalate sensitive issues
• Support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in HR Coordination, HR Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or a related HR function
• Experience supporting both recruiting coordination and onboarding/HR operations
• Hands-on Workday experience, including hires, employee changes, audits, and data maintenance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling confidential employee information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within gaming, entertainment, or technology organizations
• Experience creating HR documentation, guides, FAQs, or knowledge articles
• Demonstrated process improvement experience
• Shared Services or HR Help Desk experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Monica, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.47/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
