How you’ll make an impact:

The People Services Specialist, within the HR function at Travelport, is responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and employee-centric HR services. This role supports global administrative processes and ensures a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

Your role in action:

• Manage and execute global HR administrative processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, and documentation
• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and employee records
• Support HR operations and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent, Compensation, Benefits) to deliver aligned HR services
• Drive a positive employee experience through efficient service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to process optimization and standardization across regions

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement orientation
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Could this be you?

• 2–4+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services environment
• Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Experience working in global or multinational environments preferred
• Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., ORC or similar)
