Lead the delivery of People Services operations across multiple markets, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with business needs.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. You'll oversee day-to-day team activities, manage priorities and escalations, monitor service performance, and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance how we work.

Key Responsibilities
Lead by example, supporting and developing a team that delivers HR services across multiple markets while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Ensure day-to-day HR processes are completed accurately and consistently, while identifying and solving operational challenges before they become larger issues.
Take ownership of process improvements, looking beyond the current way of working and finding practical solutions that make the team more effective and the employee experience better.
Create and maintain clear process documentation, business rules, and team guidelines to ensure knowledge is shared and work can scale efficiently.
Stay close to the operation, monitoring requests, escalations, and feedback from stakeholders to understand pain points and drive meaningful improvements.
Manage team workload, priorities, and performance to consistently meet service levels, deadlines, and business expectations.
Encourage innovation and a continuous improvement mindset, and creative problem-solving to simplify work and reduce manual effort.
Build strong knowledge of local practices, policies, and employment regulations, ensuring services remain compliant while balancing business needs and employee experience.
Be willing to roll up your sleeves when needed, supporting the team through complex cases, critical periods, and process changes.
Qualifications & Experience
Advanced English proficiency.
Workday knowledge and experience managing HR processes.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (reporting, analysis, and data management).
Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery metrics.
Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on simplification, automation, and operational excellence.
