About the role
We’re looking for a People Services Partner to join our Global People First Services (GPFS) team. In this role, you will deliver end-to-end Tier 1 People services for UK colleagues, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
You’ll be the first-line operational contact for colleagues and managers, maintaining high-quality People data, managing documentation, and supporting global process standardisation in a fast-growing, international organisation.
This role blends operational excellence, service ownership, and cross-functional collaboration within a global People model.
What we need from you

Deliver consistent, compliant onboarding and offboarding processes

Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across People systems

Act as first-line support for colleague and manager People requests

Manage cases through approved service channels, ensuring SLA compliance

Support People Partners with operational ER documentation

Ensure GDPR compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness

Produce operational People reports and support service performance visibility

Contribute to continuous improvement, process optimisation, and standardisation

Collaborate with People Partners, CoEs, and People Systems teams globally

Experience in HR Operations, People Services, or HR Generalist roles

Strong understanding of HR processes, data accuracy, and compliance

Ability to manage workload, prioritise, and meet service deadlines

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder professionalism

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Comfort working in an international, multi-country environment

Proven experience delivering transactional HR/People services across the employee lifecycle
