The People Services Coordinator supports employee lifecycle processes and frontline HR service delivery for Premier Support Solutions. This role manages inquiries, coordinates onboarding and offboarding activities, updates HR records, and ensures timely case resolution. The coordinator partners with managers to execute routine transactions, maintains confidential documentation, and upholds policy compliance. Success requires accuracy, responsiveness, and clear communication across teams while prioritizing a positive employee experience and consistent service standards.

People Service Coordinator


The People Service Coordinator (PSC) is the ultimate Culture Champion of their team. PSCs build and maintain a purposeful culture with the goal of increasing employee engagement and driving sales performance across the organization. This support role makes it delightfully simple for teams to feel connected to each other, leadership, and Asurion.


Essential Functions

  • Support leadership with building and maintaining employee engagement: strategize, coordinate, and execute plans that align to the Site and Engagement strategy and priorities.
  • Brainstorm, plan, and execute all programs, comms, and events for both onsite and remote environments.
  • Manage a large budget for incentives and rewards, making purchases and submitting expense reports with efficiency and integrity.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute all site reward and recognition programs (Hero of the Month, Coach of the Quarter, etc)
  • Partner cross-functionally to plan and promote Asurion sponsored events (Customer Service Week, Employee Appreciation Day, DEI and ERG Initiatives, Compassion Forward, Wellbeing Campaigns, etc.)
  • Create and execute site-wide sales and service incentives, keeping the excitement around site priorities to drive business results.
  • Create clean, engaging communications to drive participation via PowerPoint, email, SharePoint, Zoom, Teams chats, etc.
  • Create site wide activities that promote our core values, community, and performance
  • Track and manage multiple projects at any given time and be able to provide status updates to site leadership when requested.
  • Interact frequently with team members, provide information, and represent Asurion as appropriate.
  • Assist Director, Operations, and Support Teams with coordinating multi-site and remote engagement activities, including on-site meeting coordination.
  • Organize and ship communications, prizes, and swag frequently to a large number of people.
  • Partner with leadership to drive EX Survey planning, addressing engagement opportunities, and closing the feedback loop with employees.
  • Track and measure established KPIs such as success of events, ACE usage, and other goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Proven skills in managing multiple special events, projects, and meeting expected deadlines: you love working at a fast pace and can juggle the daily, weekly, monthly, and adhoc with ease.
  • Comfort with and strong ability to multi-task and work autonomously: you can keep track of your work, work diligently, give updates, and execute successfully without direct supervision.
  • Excellent oral/written/design communication skills: your emails are polished, your meetings are run well, and your presentations are on brand.
  • Strong analytical skills: you can think critically about the why and the how.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills: you can work well as a team, take feedback like a champ, and influence your team as needed.
  • Organized with high attention to detail: you know who is doing what by when, have it all put together.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office suite: you have above average skills with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and/or other design software.
  • Highly creative: you can take a theme and come up with creative ways for it to come to life.
  • You are comfortable being behind the scenes and a support role to leaders.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

Experience/Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Operations / Call Center Experience preferred
  • Experience working with/in a remote work environment preferred
  • Experience working autonomously is essential
