Job Title

People Security Support CoE

Your role:

  • Provide operational support for Travel Security and Duty of Care activities: assist with travel risk assessments, support traveler monitoring, and help coordinate incident response activities.
  • Support the operational transition of People Security to second line of defense and support the documentation of new processes, controls and requirements resulting from the transition
  • Support and contribute to 2nd line of defense activities: execute awareness travel security campaign, creation of People Security training and communication for Philips employees
  • Maintain and update the People Security Center of Excellence in accordance with latest security solution and service to ensure accessible and user-friendly access to information and raise awareness among Philips workforces.
  • Create and execute the People Security Center of Excellence annual communication strategy in cooperation with People Security SMEs
  • Produce operational reports and dashboards on People Security Center of Excellence activities to be communicated to higher leadership
  • Support the development and maintenance of the People Security framework by drafting and updating policies, standards, and work instructions.
  • Support to the execution of the privacy requirements for people security solution and the IT operational maintenance of People Security tooling
  • Assist with data mapping, data flow optimization and operationalization tasks associated with privacy requirements
  • Support and update the DPIA documentation to ensure that operational tasks follow privacy-by-design principles and coordinate with Privacy/Legal as needed.
  • Serve as an operational contact for travel security stakeholders and suppliers by supporting the daily operational tool management of People Security.


You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a Master degree in Security Management or equivalent. Additional relevant certifications and training will be considered as a plus.
  • You have a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in security operations activities within a major global organization.
  • You have experience with delivering security services and in particular managing travel security cases.
  • You have experience in executing E2E security solution and identifying remaining gaps.
  • You have strong understanding of privacy requirements such as GDPR and supporting technical required change within security operations.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communications skills with ability to influence stakeholders and convey the value of security.
  • You have experience with collaborating with multiple stakeholders across multiple geographies, markets and department.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and written documenting skills. Experience with operational reporting/dashboards.
  • Fluent level of English, minimum C1 level (written and spoken). Additional language will be considered as a plus.

Kindly note the vacancy is open for a 1-year contract.
