About The Role
Lead the day-to-day rewards function by ensuring compensation and benefits are administered accurately and on time, while driving market alignment through support of salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and new-hire packages. Maintain salary structures by keeping salary scales, HRIS records, and organizational grading up to date, and lead recognition programs by managing benefits, retention initiatives, and employee rewards. Track and report by reconciling insurance and rewards transactions and delivering actionable insights, support employees by serving as the key point of contact for compensation-related queries and ensuring policy compliance, and contribute to governance by assisting with policy development, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
