PAY RATE: $82,792.50 - $87,150 Per Year

The Human Resources People Relations Partner Specialist I will join the HR team in providing the needed employee relations experience necessary to maintain ongoing employee and management employee relations needs as well as project support as VOALA continues its growth. This is a hands-on position that will be primarily involved in front-line interaction with program managers and staff – in communications, coaching and relationship building. This is an individual contributor role.
Ability to work and deal with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients as VOALA serves the neediest of the needy in our programs, which may include clients with homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, recently released from incarceration, and other challenges.
As service providers to the underprivileged and vulnerable in our community, all employees are considered Mandated Reporters, and must report any instance of physical or sexual abuse to proper authorities.
