You'll make an impact by

  1. Preventive Labor Risk System Development
  • Responsible for building the company's people relations management system and formulating and continuously optimizing core regulations such as the Employee Handbook.
  • Establish people relations risk prevention and control mechanism and regularly conduct labor compliance audits and employment risk assessments.
  • Track changes in labor laws and regulations, timely update internal policies, and provide compliance advice.
  1. PR Incident Handling
  • Independently handle the full process of PR incidents such as case investigations and employee complaints
  • Together with people partner, properly handle complicated employee complaints and appeals, resolve conflicts, restructuring or M&A projects and reduce arbitration and litigation risks
  1. Business enablement in PR topics
  • Provide professional labor law consultation and empowerment for management and P&O teams.
  • Provide daily support and consultation to people partner team and improve competency on PR case handling of PP team.
  • Lead and empower business on PR risk awareness and handling
  1. Project management
  • Lead or represent P&O to participate in projects related to PR topics

Your defining qualities

  • University degree. Law majors are preferred.
  • 8 years+ experience in labor case handling, P&O partner experience is plus.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge on labor law
  • Good at project management; influencing; consulting and facilitating skills; Capable to work under pressure and resolve conflicts.
  • Good in speaking and writing English
